Sign Up For Trial Account:

  • If you have not already done so, make sure to visit Playwire to create your trial account
  • If you need more information about Trial, Pro or Enterprise partnerships click here
  • Once logged into your trial account, click on the “Upgrade” button on the top of the Dashboard
  • Click the “Upgrade” button from either the Pro or Enterprise partnership from the Upgrade Options dialog box

Upgrading to Pro:

With the Pro Partnership, you get full access to the robust features of the Playwire Platform and Bolt Video Player. A recurring monthly charge will be drafted from your account. With the Pro partnership, you receive unlimited encoding, 150GB/month of streaming, 100GB/month of storage and 150,000 ad calls per month.
  • After choosing to upgrade to Pro, you will be redirected the New Payment Method page
  • Enter your *Credit Card Information and Billing Address
  • Click the “Add Payment Method” button when you are finished
  • Once you enter a valid payment method, you will see a success message reading “Thank you for upgrading to our Pro plan!”
  • You will be see you credit card listed as a Payment Method
  • At this point, you are ready to enter your Default Self-Service Tags to start generating advertising revenue
  • Click the “Advertising” link in the success message or by clicking the Advertising tab on your Account Settings page to get started
  • You will also need to upload your tax form so that you are able to get paid out for the revenue you generate. See the Managing Your Tax Form support article for instructions

Upgrading to Enterprise:

With the Enterprise Partnership, you receive free encoding and pay a discounted rate for streaming, storage and ad plays.
  • After click the Enterprise “Contact Us” button in the upload dialogue, you will see a message reading – “The Playwire team has been notified that you wish to upgrade your account to Enterprise solution. You will be contacted promptly.”
  • The Playwire team will contact you to discuss an Enterise solution tailored to your needs
  • After speaking with the Playwire team, you will follow the same steps as above (Upgrading to Pro) to add your payment method and so on
